Rehabilitation of a single-family house in the urbanization San Pere Mártir of Olot
Cercle Gespromat has developed the project of integral reform and expansion of a single-family house in the urbanization San Pere Mártir of Olot. The urbanization was designed by the architects Joaquim M. Masramon and Ignacio Bosch and is included in the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
The house was built on ground and first floor roof of 3 waters in the existing area and flat roof in the expanded area. The building has a system of 4-point turns supported on seven-centimetre walls filled with rough stone. An energy improvement of the building envelope is carried out and heating by radiant ground is installed.
