Adjustment project of an office and adaptation of its sourrounding in Vilobí d’Onyar
Adaptation of the interior of a part of a country house in Vilobí d’Onyar to convert the living room and two rooms into an office. The project has received the advice of RCR, winners of the 2017 Pritzker Prize.
Adaptation of part of Masia Cal Tet in Vilobí d’Onyar to use of offices and redesign of its fantastic garden.
The actions that have been carried out are the following: conservation of the hydraulic pavement in the central zone and making white continuous pavement in the management offices. Creation of an interior courtyard with base of engravings and diverse typologies of plants with a big opening to give luminosity to the interior of the management offices.
The sloping ceiling is maintained with existing wooden beams with ceramic tongue and groove, white finish, plastered walls in white to give a feeling of cleanliness. The management offices connect with a two-leaf pivoting door following the slope of the sloping roof.
The fantastic environment of the office has been designed by RCR architects, recognized with the Pritzker Prize, in the year 2017. They have also advised on the project of interior adecuacy and design of the offices.
