Rehabilitation project for offices on the seafront

Cercle Gespromat has carried out the interior rehabilitation of a dwelling with sea views for its adaptation to office use. The reform did not affect the structure or the faces of the building.

The existing partitions were removed in order to create this only space with flexible distribution. The interior finishes are made of bricks with gypsum plaster and painted. The walls have double methacrylate panels for the rest of the partitions.
