Unique country house near Girona

Cal Tet is a cottage located in the Baix Empordà, near Girona. It is surrounded by agricultural fields and a river. Cal Tet is formed by a main cottage and various agricultural constructions. The renovation project had the objective of removing the unnecessary volumes to return to the original structure of the group of buildings. The auxiliary constructions and the false façade are removed. With these actions, the recuperation of the history of the Cottage is achieved in order to preserve its identity.
