Construction of a Hotel 3*** with bar-restaurant in the Costa Brava

 The ground floor has been allocated to a bar-restaurant and the welcoming hotel “Jardí de Pedra” of three stars on the upper floors has a total of 18 beds. In the back part of the plot an interior terrace has been built with a stone finish obtained from the rehabilitation of the existing stone. As regards the aesthetics of the building, the original composition of the previous building has been respected.It has worked with openings of clear vertical proportion and balconies to give more breadth to the rooms. It highlights the natural oak wood used by the restaurant pavement, the bar and the stairs that give access to the rooms. Both the bar-restaurant and the rooms meet high requirements for sound insulation.
