This emblematic group of buildings were much deteriorated and the rehabilitation project aimed to recover and modernize the buildings’ common areas such as: façades, patios and roofs.

CERCLE GESPROMAT has participated as Project Manager of the rehabilitation works of “El Bloc dels pescadors” working actively in the whole process: from the analysis of the measures to be implemented to the planning and development of the works.

Moreover, the company has carried out all the tasks related to the legal, technical and economic control of the works, as well as, the search of the most suitable financial solutions for the owners’ communities in order to allow the feasibility of the project.

All the process has been captured with audio visual documentation and is available in the website of “Els pescadors”. It includes many episodes summarizing the process in one of the Building blocks during all the seasons of the year. The documentary was commissioned by the Municipality of Barcelona to Cosmopolita films with the objective of giving visibility to the mediation process carried out between the owners and tenants and the technical experts that were involved in the recuperation project of one of the most singular buildings in “la Barceloneta”.
