A historical building in Barceloneta
Cercle Gespromat has developed the rehabilitation of the building “Els Pescadors” in Barcelona, a group of buildings built by the architect Josep Antoni Coderch between the years 1957-1959.
Josep Antoni Coderch was one of the main responsible of making the post-war Catalan architecture into an international contemporary trend. International recognized architects and critics consider him the authentic protagonist of the renaissance of the Spanish architecture from the post-war period.
The rehabilitation focuses on the recovery of common elements.
Restorations and reparations have been developed with the aim to ensure safety and the appearance of the buildings.
Elimination of the overlapping elements of the original building.
Roofs and balconies recovery.
Reparation and consolidation of the edges of the balconies and railings.
General cleaning of the facades
Installation of guided rope blinds.
